German Minister Manfred Pentz<\/strong>, who visited IMC Priora<\/a><\/strong> in May, sent a heartfelt letter of thanks to the hospital\u2019s director, Dr. Tomislav Kalem<\/strong><\/a>, for the warm hospitality and strong support during his official visit to Croatia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe visit of our delegation to the International Medical Center Priora<\/strong> left a lasting impression on all of us. It clearly showed me the great potential in the cooperation between Hesse and Croatia<\/strong>,\u201d began Manfred Pentz<\/strong> in his letter to Dr. Tomislav Kalem, Director of IMC Priora.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pentz<\/strong> is the Minister for Federal and European Affairs, International Affairs, and Bureaucracy Reduction in the German federal state of Hesse. During the visit, the delegation from Hesse<\/strong> had the opportunity to learn about Priora\u2019s<\/strong> operations, its expert medical team, and infrastructure \u2014 all of which deeply impressed the minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minister Pentz \u2013 Croatian roots<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI consider Croatia<\/strong> an important strategic partner in Southeast Europe. Especially in the context of EU enlargement, we need voices like Croatia\u2019s<\/strong> \u2014 credible, European<\/strong>, and constructive. That is why I\u2019m particularly pleased that, using expertise and knowledge from Hesse<\/strong>, you have managed to build such an outstanding medical center<\/strong>. Together with your team, you have set new standards for the entire region in terms of medical excellence and patient comfort,\u201d he emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of Croatian<\/strong> descent on his mother\u2019s side, he actively cooperates with the Croatian<\/strong> community in Germany and frequently emphasizes the strong ties<\/strong> between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
