<\/figure>\n\n\n\nA congress that opens dialogue \u2013 without borders<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nCongress topics covered a wide range of areas: quality of healthcare<\/strong>, psychiatry<\/strong>, and mental healt<\/strong>h, as well as issues related to nursing education<\/strong> and the recognition of high-level professional competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRound tables as a central format \u2013 Priora’s participation<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nOn the second day of the congress, particular focus was given to round table<\/strong> discussions that sparked meaningful conversations on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Graduate-level nursing education <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Recognition of qualifications and competencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Working in transcultural healthcare environments <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Mental health challenges among healthcare professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Secondary education and employment in the healthcare system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Organizational approaches, professional standards, and challenges in nursing care within private hospitals<\/strong> were presented, highlighting the importance of continuous education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and improving the quality of care in line with the latest European guidelines.
