From October 24 to 26, 2024,<\/strong> the first International Surgical Academy Prof. Ninkovi\u0107 (ISAN) congress<\/a> took place in \u010cepin<\/strong>, the heart of Slavonia<\/strong>. Focused on plastic, esthetic reconstructive and hand surgery<\/a>, the event was hosted at Terra Negra<\/a> and brought together leading surgeons<\/strong> and medical experts<\/strong> from around the world, turning \u010cepin into a global hub of innovation<\/strong> and expertise<\/strong> in modern surgery.

Among the distinguished guests were Mato Luki\u0107<\/strong>, the County Prefect of Osijek-Baranja County; Professor Dr. Sc. Vlado Guberac,<\/strong> the Rector of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek; and Professor Dr. Sc. Ivica Mihaljevi\u0107,<\/strong> Dean of the Faculty of Medicine,<\/a> who all expressed strong support for the development of this unique medical center in \u010cepin<\/strong>, a project crucial for the advancement of healthcare infrastructure <\/strong>in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Mardini <\/strong>shared a fascinating overview of Mayo Clinic\u2019s history and introduced the groundbreaking techniques now being applied in reconstructive surgery.
