In the interview, he explained that one of the key reasons for joining Priora was his <strong>desire to share his extensive international experience and knowledge with the next generation of physicians<\/strong> and contribute to the development of reconstructive surgery in Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He particularly emphasised the importance of educating young medical professionals and developing future generations of surgeons who will continue advancing this demanding surgical specialty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI would like to leave something behind \u2013 generations of people whom I have educated.\u201d<br>Reflecting on his life and work in Slavonia, he expressed his satisfaction with the working conditions, the medical team, and the approach to patient care. For him, a successful healthcare institution is defined not only by outstanding medical expertise but also by preserving a compassionate and human-centred approach to everyday patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reconstructive Surgery That Changes Lives<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout his career, Prof. Ninkovi\u0107 has contributed to the development of innovative surgical techniques and performed exceptionally complex reconstructive procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the interview, he recalled one particularly challenging case involving the reconstruction of the lower lip of a young patient whose entire lower lip had to be removed due to a malignant tumour. Using an innovative surgical approach, he sought to restore both the function and appearance of the patient&#8217;s face.
